Information Coil stores
Coil stores the Google email address used to sign in, workspace membership details, and the vending business records you enter, including inventory, products, purchases, locations, machines, and reports.
Google Drive receipts
When you connect Google Drive, Coil requests read-only access to the folder you select for receipts. Coil reads receipt files and their metadata to show and organize them in your workspace. Coil does not upload, modify, or delete files in your Google Drive.
How information is used
Coil uses information only to provide and secure the workspace, maintain inventory and financial records, and operate receipt synchronization. Coil does not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.
Service providers
Coil uses infrastructure providers to host the application and store workspace data. Google processes authentication and Drive authorization. Providers process information only to operate their services for Coil.
Retention and deletion
Workspace owners can remove business records through the application where available. You can revoke Coil's Google Drive access at any time in your Google Account security settings. Account-deletion controls will be provided before public paid availability.
Changes
We may update this policy as Coil evolves. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
